The Clash of Pan and Hook!

 

I've always wanted to do a piece with Hook and Pan dueling high above and this is the result. I was also testing a different way of doing my art, and this is the process. I'm very happy with the outcome and I hope you enjoy it too! Thanks for visiting my blog;)

SnowWhite Piece ReColor!

Comic Book Style!

Photo Shoot with Wendy Ratanakul as Luka Megurine

I had the honor of attending Anime Expo this year with my beautiful girlfriend Wendy Ratanakul! She cosplayed the vocaloid Luka Megurine and these are the pictures of her photo shoot I got to do with her. It was SO much fun, I really hope you guys enjoy them!

It was really fun shooting with Wendy, she's a very fun loving and inspirational person! She was always coming up with different poses and just made the experience that much more exciting!

Face Anatomy Study

I did a study in Zbrush to help learn the muscles of the face. Since I just wanted to learn the anatomy of the face, I downloaded a skull online and then digitally sculpted muscle on top of it in Zbrush. Each of the muscles were made individually so I can hide or unhide different parts to show off how the muscles work in conjunction to the skull. I learned a lot doing this study and I hope to continue my anatomy studys in Zbrush. I will post more anatomy studys in the future and I hope you guys enjoy this post!

Disney Castle: Wish Upon a Star

I finally found some time to finish my Disney Castle concept! This piece really came from the heart, I wanted a piece that I could hang on my wall and remind me of why I got into this industry. Disney Castle: Pepto Look

I was tweaking the lighting and I got this really cool effect! My girlfriend help me hone in on this lighting. I'm going to use this for the final concept:) Its very Disney to me:)

Disney Castle: Concept

I went to Disneyland recently and was inspired by a painting I saw:) I couldn't get a name because it was to far away, but it was so beautiful. I did a rough sketch of the concept and will flesh it out later when I have more time:) I hope to work for Disney one day. One can dream.

Cute Harley and Joker Puppet

I drew this because my friend got a Batman toy at work and I couldn't stop thinking about Batman stuff!! So I watched Dark Knight and even watched the old Batman animated series! I then started sketching Harley and decided to do a nice lil concept of her:) Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did drawing it:)

3D Character: Disney Style

This is a character I created for a story I'm creating. I doing it for the fun of it, but my goal to to use it to continue sharpening my skill set as a 3D artist. I plan on fully rigging him myself and later animating a short film of him and his adventures. I dont want to give to much information about him just yet. I just wanted to show some progress on the character so far:) The top pic is a wireframe to show the topology of the mesh and the lower pic render I took. Hope you guys enjoy it, I hope to post more progress soon!

Armor Studies

I did these awhile ago but I wanted to post them up because I like the way I used the red and blue pencil:) This was concept for an old project I work on with some friends.

Snow White Poster

I drew this as a present for my girlfriend because she loves Disney(we both do!!). So it was a WIN WIN situation hehe! I wanted to paint the first Disney Princess of all time because I plan on doing a series of Disney character paintings in the future:)

Environment Concept Studies

I concepted these to practice my environment skills and just have some fun:) The first one I was going for a Dragonball/ Iron Giant thing going on. And the second one I did was inspired by my girlfriend playing Assassins Creed while I concepted:) Hope you guys enjoy it:)

Disney Fairy Games Entry

I concepted these fairies for the Disney Fairy Games Contest. The concept was to draw fairies training for Olympic style games. So I came up with one training with a flower bucket full of water and one training with an acorn:) It was cool coming up with different design and final resting on these concepts:) Hope you all enjoy these.

3D Gambit

I wanted to create a very stylized version of Gambit and this is the Result. I wanted to pay homage to the comic book version that Jim Lee created in Uncanny Xmen. I really enjoyed making this one and kept playing the Xmen TV theme song to help inspire me while I modeled it hehe. I hope you guys like it as much as I had fun making it;)

Abomination- Dominnce War 4 Entry

This is my entry for Dominance War 4, it was the Monster Class. This is of my own creation, I call it the Abomination. I had alot of fun modeling this and I learned alot from the other artists competing. I hope you guys enjoy it:)
